There is no membership fee for MICANE.
To register, go to the "Member Registration" menu, agree to the terms of use, the collection and use of personal information, and fill in the required information to complete your membership registration.
By saving each item you need to enter when placing an order, you can enjoy shopping more smoothly in the future. Once you have completed your membership registration, you will be able to apply for various special events available to members.

Product orders are fulfilled in the following ways:

- Step 2: Add to Cart
- Step 3: Log in with your member ID or order as a non-member
- Step 4: Create an order form
- Step 5: Select payment method and make payment
- Step 6: Order completion screen (order number)

*If you are a non-member, please make sure to write down the order number and confirmation number (if paying by credit card) displayed on the order completion screen. However, if you are a member, these will be automatically saved, so there is no need to manage them separately.

Regarding customs duties and import taxes, our international shipping costs include all customs duties and import taxes, so there are no additional costs for the recipient. Even if the product is returned to Korea due to refusal to accept the item, we will not re-ship it. Please note that any costs incurred in connection with the return (round-trip shipping, customs duties, etc.) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Due to the standards of Japanese customs, if you purchase a large quantity of the same product, you may be asked to submit documentation proving that the purchase is for personal use. Please note that in such cases, we will not be able to accommodate your request.

For returns due to incorrect delivery or defective products, please contact our customer center within 3 days of receiving the product.
*We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
*Sale discounts are only applied during the sale period. Please note that after the sale period ends, the price of the items you request to exchange will be the price without the event discount applied.

*The following cases are not considered defective products, so please be aware of this before making your purchase.
- If more than 3 days have passed since the date of receipt - If the product has been used - If the product has been returned without prior notice
・If product tags (washing instructions, product box, accessories), labels, price tags, etc. are damaged or discarded
- Products that can be worn without any problems, such as easily removed chalk stains or small stains or scratches in invisible places
- Folding creases, fraying
・Due to the characteristics of the material, there are stains, dirt, odors, and wrinkles that occur during the production process. ・Products that have become dirty or damaged while in the customer's possession. ・Products that have been washed, altered, repaired, or cleaned after receipt. ・Products that show signs of having been worn. ・Buttonhole holes (please cut them out yourself.)
- Loose thread finishing and button stitching that occurs during the mass production process. *As this is an overseas product, sewing standards differ from those of Japanese products.

[Regarding returns due to incorrect delivery or defective products]
Regarding exchanges and returns due to reasons such as defective products and incorrect delivery
- We will cover all costs incurred in returning or exchanging products, including return shipping fees. Please contact our customer center within 3 days of receiving the product and we will inform you of the procedure.

After you submit your return request, we will send you instructions, so please return the item as instructed.
- If you return the product using a method other than that specified by us, you will be responsible for all costs incurred.

Cancellations can only be accepted if the order status is "Preparing product" or "Preparing for delivery" and the shipping process has not yet begun.
However, even if the above conditions are met, the item may have actually been shipped.
In this case, we cannot cancel your order, so please contact us by email first.
In addition, if you cancel for your own reasons after payment has been completed, you will be responsible for the refund fee.

[If paying by credit card]
Refunds will be made through the credit card company you used to make the purchase.
Please note that due to the card company's closing date, refunds may be made in the month following the withdrawal.
